We have introduced a latest NC machining center, Die-Sinking Electrical Discharge machining & 3-D CAD/cam system to respond to quick delivery & high precision. With these updated technologies, we can customize various molds required by clients in the most efficient way. This system can transfer data via high-speed internet and deal with all sorts of model data, like IGES, Parasolid, STEP, and DXF etc. High-speed processing enables to manufacture 3-D molds at high-speed, and additionally smooth surface is created in a short time, where finishing of electrical discharge electrodes & precision parts are almost unnecessary. Fuzzy Pro Plus is installed. In order to shorten mold manufacturing process, this machine automatically controls electrical discharge condition after rough cutting by machining, and stable high-speed processing becomes possible. Furthermore, we managed to reduce the mold manufacturing time by shifting the traditional master material of the electrical discharge machining, from copper to graphite.
